Please wear a mask until you are in the group exercise room.  Masks are required to enter The Club. Please bring your own mat, water bottle, and towel. DO NOT congregate at the front desk area. Enter the exercise room and claim your marked spot. CLASSES ARE LIMITED TO THE FIRST 8 PEOPLE.  Please, NO LATE ENTRY into classes.  After class, please exit using the back door. 

Stretch/CORE 45 min. Warm-up with stretching and movement finishing with abdominal, back, upper body, and hip strength work. Must bring your own mat, water bottle, and towel.

Stationary Circuit: 45 min. NO Switching through the stations.  Each exercise will be performed for 45 sec. on your own mat.  A cardio/strength full body workout using your body weight, a free weight, and bands.  Must bring your own mat, water bottle, and towel.

AquaFit:45 min. 5-minute warm-up, 35 minutes of low-impact, water-resistance cardio and strength exercises. Improves endurance and saves joints! 5 minutes of cool down and stretches.
