Fall /Winter Class Schedules are out!

The Club’s 7th Annual 6k Turkey Trot!

   When:  Thanksgiving Morning: Thurs, Nov. 23rd  
  Time:  9:00 a.m. Packet-Pickup starts at 8am.
   Start/Finish:  At The Club at Aspen Village, on a marked 6k loop.
  Registration:  At The Club or call 208.634.5838 to register/pay over the phone.
  Price:  $20.00 Includes a Logo’d Beanie! Raffle and prizes to the top male, female, & youth finishers (Must be present to win in the raffle)
  Race Day Sign-Ups Available, but not encouraged
Proceeds benefit The Club’s Youth Programs

Race Course: From the Aspen Club: Turn LEFT  on Davis, LEFT on Wooley, LEFT on Spring Mountain,  LEFT on Lick Creek Rd, LEFT on Davis, LEFT back to The Club to the finish line.

Senior Fitness
Instructor Rotation
Group Interval Training: Challenging, group-focused athletic training, cardio conditioning, and total body strength drill, designed for people of all levels.
Barre Burn:  45 min. Exercises using the bar to strengthen, tone, and balance the entire body.  Toning exercises for the glutes, legs, hips, torso, and arms.
3x15 FLOW:45 min. 15min Yoga/Stretch moves, 15min Free Weight/Body Weight Exercises, 15min Core/Stretch
Power Circuit: 45 min. Different exercises (body weight, free weights, and core work).  You will complete 3 rounds of each exercise for 45 sec.  A break is in between each round.
Cardio Kickboxing: 1 hour.  A fun, action-packed workout that combines martial arts, boxing and dance moves. You get a challenging cardiovascular and full body workout as you kick, punch, block and move, ending with abdominal and light stretching.
Senior Fitness: 1 hour. Mon/Fri is a “lighter” version of the Power Circuit and Wed. is a lighter version of the Cardio Kickboxing class.
AquaFit:45 min. 5 minute warm-up, 35 minutes of low-impact, water-resistance cardio and strength exercises. Improves endurance and saves joints! 5 minutes of cool down and stretches.
Swim Fit: 60min. Different swimming strokes used while lap swimming and work on form.

Costs: -Punch Card-$45.00 for 10 punches (1 punch per class per child) or $7.00 Drop-in. Swim Lesson prices are different and children must be signed up ahead of time.
-Gold Card Membership-All classes included.
                                                      
Class Descriptions:
Tiny Tot Gym/Swim:  45 min. Parent driven, motor skill development, child socialization
Kinder-Cardio Circuit:  45 min. Fun activities for the kids to burn off some extra energy. Running, drills, strength work, agility, etc.
Youth Strength & Conditioning: A circuit style class with light weights, and body weight exercises to improve strength and coordination.  Light cardio moves will be involved.

Swim Team: Gain strength and stamina for youth swimmer. Children MUST BE Pre-Registered to participate in swim team.
