YOGA 45 min. Warm-up with stretching and yoga flows including abdominal, back, upper body, and hip strength/opening work. Must bring your own mat/block, water bottle, and towel.
Circuit: Different exercises (body weight, free weights, and core work). You will complete 3 rounds of each exercise for 45 sec. with a break in between each round.
Cardio Kickboxing: A fun, action-packed workout that combines martial arts, boxing, and dance moves.  You get a challenging cardiovascular full body workout as you kick, punch, block and move.
AquaFit:45 min. 5-minute warm-up, 35 minutes of low-impact, water-resistance cardio and strength exercises. Improves endurance and saves joints! 5 minutes of cool down and stretches.
Barre Burn: 45 min. Exercises using the barre to strengthen, tone, and balance the entire body.  Toning exercises for the glutes, legs, hips, torso, and arms. Finishing with CORE exercises.  
SwimFit:60 Min. For the Experienced Swimmer.  A distance and interval swimming workout to increase your heartrate and build endurance
HIIT: High-intensity interval-training, is a technique in which you give high effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.

 Club Hours:7am-8pm weekdays. 9am to 8pm Saturday. 9am to 1pm Sunday (pool closes ½ hr. before closing)
